In Feb 2016 we signed a contract with Ravencrest and provided a deposit. Ravencrest did not commence work on our home, his contractor license was later suspended after which he filed for bankruptcy. The ROC choose to intervene in our lawsuit against Ravencrest. We applied for recovery from the Arizona Registrar of Contractor (“ROC”) Residential Recovery Fund. The ROC fought our claim, we litigated, and after a lengthy battle the ROC finally paid our claim.
