After 48 months into our 14 month custom home build, we fired our 2nd builder.  Litigation is in progress, more to come...

In Sep 2019, we contracted with Nanke Signature Group to build our custom home.  By Aug 2023, after 48 months, Nanke had only completed framing and wrap.  We terminated our contract with Nanke in Sep 2023 and begin litigation.  Litigation is in progress and I will post more information in the coming months.
