After 48 months into what should have been a 14-month custom home build, we fired our second builder. We litigated and won a $991,152.60 settlement plus 8.5% interest until paid. Nanke has not paid — we are now conducting a debtor exam, garnishing assets, and actively pursuing our $1M judgment. In September 2019, we contracted with Nanke Signature Group to build our custom home. By September 2023 — 48 months later — Nanke had completed only framing and wrap. We terminated the contract in September 2023 and began litigation. Twenty-four months later, September 2025 we won our case.
